His research revolves around issues of gender, work and families, with a particular interest in the production and reproduction of gender inequalities at home and at work. Paco’s current research involves examining social disadvantage by sexual orientation across generations and over the life course, the role of life course events and transitions in promoting or deterring moves into and out of disadvantage, and differences in the quality of survey data gathered from marginalised subpopulations
